Bad experience with this firm. Impersonal, never actually spoke to the lawyer on my case, everything was handled by paralegal. When I requested to speak to lawyer they gave me a runaround and the lawyer was hostile when she came on the phone. The lawyer refused to address my concerns and she sent me an email stating that they will no longer represent me. They also refused to provide me with my case file, something that is required by law. I strongly advise staying away from this group.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM. My experience with LaBovick Law Group has been nothing but stress, lies, delays, and zero transparency. For almost two years, they ignored my messages, ignored my calls, and refused to provide a proper itemized breakdown of my settlement. They handed me incomplete files and handwritten statements instead of real receipts or transaction records — something no professional law firm should ever do. They tried to pressure me into signing a settlement release and W-9 while refusing to show me the financial details I repeatedly asked for. I later learned they may have received my settlement funds without notifying me, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable. After I fired them, they continued communicating on my behalf without my permission, which crosses so many lines. They also refused to send my complete case file in a proper format, dragging the situation out even longer and causing severe stress. Their behavior felt more like intimidation than representation. Because of how they handled my case, I am officially taking further action: I will be contacting the Florida Bar and Channel 7 News to report their conduct, lack of transparency, and mishandling of client communication and documents. This firm caused me sleepless nights, anxiety, and overwhelming frustration. Clients deserve honesty and respect — I received neither. I do NOT recommend LaBovick Law Group to anyone.
