I signed a retainer agreement with Eric Tintsman in January 2024, A year and eight months later, he still never filed the case. He knew in June 2025 I had not filed any bankruptcy. But yet after a year and eight months, he put me in front of a firing squad and never prepped me for the questions that I was doing in an unsworn deposition. He never prepped me for any questions, nor gave me any information as to what they would ask. I had to do an unsworn testimony with the doctors attorney. He knew I had cancer and sepsis, and he sent it to his expert and told me I had a great case. But yet again he never filed the case. Just put me in a difficult position because he blew my two-year statute of limitations. I kept scrambling to find another attorney, but it was very difficult, being there wasn’t much time left. Why would anybody wait a year and eight months to file a case? I’m glad you all had wonderful outcomes, but I’m sorry I did not. You always prep your witness before a deposition. You tell them the questions they are going to ask and you prepare them for being questioned from the doctors attorney. But I was not I was only told to stay calm. Then, even after the bankruptcy was discharged, I still had two months left, and I begged him to take the case, and he never responded. This is an unjust way of handling a case. You put your faith in somebody when you almost died from sepsis in the hospital, but they don’t come through. He never depose the doctor even after sending 50 emails to him and his paralegals there was just no response. I have all the documentation of every email sent. You see to some attorneys you’re just a number. If somebody shows you, who they are believe them!
