He talked to me like a dog. He got mad because I contacted my local congressman for help with my disability case. Gil Laden removed himself from my case and 2 weeks later I got my approval letter! No thanks to Gil Laden! All thanks to my local congressman. And I got all of my back pay!

Unorganized staff, rude and condescending lawyer. They wasted weeks of time I can’t afford with my appeal. All of them seem to lack critical thinking skills and have difficulty comprehending basic medical concepts.

The receptionist and/or paralegals made me feel like I did not have a valid case...she mocked me and then Mr. Laden himself who knows what it's like to have people discriminate against you because of a disability treated me like I was nothing...I'll NEVER EVER turn to them for ANYTHING!!!!! 😩😩😥😥😥

Gilbert Laden was my disability lawyer over 10 years ago. I've never worked with someone who seems to show as much concern as my Dr's do when seeing me. He's highly recommended, by far one of the best lawyers on the Gulf Coast. If Mr Laden foe some reason can't take your case, he will without a doubt send or refer you to another lawyer that will be just as good as him.

I have not been through the whole process with this particular attorney or my case yet, although, when I called I had to leave a message and my call was returned promptly. And I do mean promptly! The woman, who I assumed was his receptionist or paralegal, had returned my call within 15-20 minutes! I spoke with seemed to genuinely cared and was extremely polite as she asked the questions she needed answered. She also listened to me with an extreme amount of true concern as I described all of my issues and concerns to her about the matter my call pertained to. She even called once again on the following Monday, as it was a Friday afternoon when we spoke, and made sure I was indeed able to complete the tasks she told me I needed to do in order to get the ball rolling or if I had an issue with anything so she could help me complete anything I had a problem with! This is a spectacular woman and not once did she make me feel as if I was inadequate or like I was just looking to get a handout like the majority of people I've spoken with concerning this matter!
