My son got a very bad ticket and I called Tim to see if he was able to help us. We talked over the phone and communicate by emails and texts (because we live in another state). Tim is very friendly and profesional, he helped us right away and was able to get the bad ticket changed to a traffic course with no records or points on my son’s driver license !
