Biggest bullshit I ever talked Over 2 months without any facts based on missing police reports “there is no reason to sue” call from the lawyer if even he was it First time talked with him in 2 months Definitely avoid it

The worst experience I would NEVER recomend this law firm to anyone , I called for a friend of mind because someone hit his car after a Month of waiting and trying to reached out to them without any luck they finally awnser and told him they couldn't take the case ,eventhough they said they will and they even send my friend all the paperwork to be sign which he did , I think if you are a law firm an want only big cases put that in your slogan that way small cases can go somewhere else very disappointed and the car is not fix yet waiting for this people to respond ...🫤 THE REASON IM WRITING THIS IS BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE WHO FOUND THIS FIRM TO HELP HIM and now I feel terrible...I would never AGAIN recommend this firm to anyone

This law firm deserves a zero. I don’t recommend ANYONE to come here. You’ll never get peace of mind. When I first spoke with them, they said they would take my case. I was injured by a hit and run car that left me with a broken elbow that required surgery, and on top of that increased my PTSD (I’m a Navy Veteran). They sent to physical therapy, and suddenly was told to stop going because my “case was coming to a decision and it was looking great”. These people are not attentive do not provide reassurance. You can call or email them as many times as you want and they’ll get back to you when they want. They recently decided (after almost A YEAR) letting me know that they were withdrawing from my case. No explanation, nothing. To say I felt let down and lost, is an understatement. They really just decided to give up on my case so easily or just decided it wasn’t worth the trouble?? The attorney had the nerve to send a letter stating she was withdrawing and that basically I have a time crunch to find a different opinion from a different lawyer before my case gets nulled. Now I have less than a month to figure out this whole nightmare. BEWARE AND STAY away from this law firm.

I want to leave a good feedback to rubenstein Law office and legal assistant Victoria Borque. She was amazing and working hard with my case. I was patient with them and took time but was worth the wait. I would go back again with them. Thanks for everything guys.
