I’m very grateful for the help I received from Bradley Smith and his team at the office of Smith & Weidinger, P.L.L.C.
Yesenia responded to my initial outreach much quicker than I expected, and when I connected with Mr. Smith, he took the time to speak with me in a way that was professional and genuine. He is extremely knowledgeable, very detail-oriented, and carefully walked me through the various scenarios I might face. I was able to fully understand the process and set realistic expectations.
One of the many things that stood out to me was how well he listened. He addressed every concern I raised and made sure I fully understood both the situation and the things I could do to help support my case. At every step I felt heard, respected, and confident that my case was being handled with care.
Legal situations are extremely stressful. Working with Mr. Smith made the process significantly easier to navigate. Going through this with his support made me realize just how valuable experienced legal guidance is - I would not have been able to give myself proper representation had I tried to navigate it on my own.
I feel I am in good hands, and I am very appreciative of the guidance and professionalism that I’ve found here.

I called for a consult after 11pm at night, they are open 24hrs for this and I received a prompt call back the next morning just after 9am. Calling Smith & Weidinger during my time in need, was the best decision I made. From the initial call, to when I got partnered with Ms. Molly, till the end of my case which lasted about 6 months. The experience was full of professionalism, understanding, compassion, knowledge and patience. I would recommend calling them if you are in a tough place and don't know who to call.

We couldn't be happier with the results and professionalism we received from Matthew and Danielle. They were always very communicative and very compassionate to our unfortunate situation. We received a very fair compensation for the event we had to endure. Without them, we would have received insurance minimums and probably would have ended up paying out of pocket for most our medical bills. I could be brief - however, brevity may dilute the context behind the quality of Matthew and his team’s client-driven focus, care, commitment, and stewardship. As well, I’d be remiss to not mention Matthew and his team’s fervent and detailed knowledge of the law and their application of such legal mastery in driving their care for client wellbeing.
I was in a life-changing accident and needed help navigating the legal and physical landscape of healing. I was referred to Smith and Weidinger through a friend who has previously gone through an accident and knew the value that Smith and Weidinger, P.L.L.C. provided for them.
I can see why it was Matthew who was referred to me. His dedication to his practice, professionalism, knowledge, ability, timeliness, credibility, and downright care for his clients was truly above and beyond anything I could have envisioned. He and his team were always on call and treated my healing as the top priority. They never shied away from doing what was right. More than all of that - their integrity and honesty has helped me navigate an incredibly difficult journey; with Matthew on my side - I truly haven’t felt alone.
