During my initial visit to The Cook Law Firm, I was pleased. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I had an appointment, and I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. When meeting with Mr. Cook, he did a thorough job of explaining everything to me and encouraged me to ask questions. I was offered options for meetings including different times and virtual meetings. My case was resolved in my favor, and I appreciate the way the firm fought for me. I would recommend The Cook Law Firm without any reservation.
I want to thank Norm especially for his hard work and the entire Cook Legal Law firm. This have been a rewarding experience thanks again Norm.
