Josh is a very good lawyer. He helped resolve my case through many difficulties.

Attorney put too much emphasis of my current year pay in a multi-year ordeal and does not understand that ADA Leave as an accomodation, while not allowed to be indefinite per Severson v. Heartland Woodcraft, Inc --- is still a reasonable accomodation that employers must provide for reasons of medication stablization and other reasons.
