Josh is a very good lawyer. He helped resolve my case through many difficulties.
Attorney put too much emphasis of my current year pay in a multi-year ordeal and does not understand that ADA Leave as an accomodation, while not allowed to be indefinite per Severson v. Heartland Woodcraft, Inc --- is still a reasonable accomodation that employers must provide for reasons of medication stablization and other reasons.
Highly recommend this firm, Josh was incredible in learning about the circumstances, desired outcome, and setting clear expectations around the process. Will absolutely utilize his services in the future if ever needed.
