I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Josh. He went above and beyond in every possible way. He worked tirelessly on my case, kept me informed every step of the way, and showed genuine care and dedication throughout the entire process. Attorney put too much emphasis of my current year pay in a multi-year ordeal and does not understand that ADA Leave as an accomodation, while not allowed to be indefinite per Severson v. Heartland Woodcraft, Inc --- is still a reasonable accomodation that employers must provide for reasons of medication stablization and other reasons.
