It was such a relief to finally get our trust completed. Our experience was informative, and was complete in two appointments. I have never seen a more professional and pleasant staff. Even my husband was satisfied!

We had a great experience getting our power of attorney & trust completed in just 2 visits leaving with a notebook of all of our completed documents. I was amazed how easy it was. We now have peace of mind that our property will not end up in probate and our money is protected I'm the event one of us needs long term care.

We sought help from Carol and her associates and have been working with them since April of this year. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and always willing to help when I have any questions. I want the process to be over, but I will miss Rhonda. She has been a God send. I don’t even live in the Saginaw area, but they are worth the drive.

Carole Thomas sold my In Laws a trust thru her seminars, and made them believe it was iron clad making my wife sole Trustee in order to administer their Trust wishes out of court & lawyers hands. That was and is untrue; in the state of Michigan: a Trust cannot be finalized ,administered , and closed without unanimous agreement by ALL Beneficiaries :) , the main reason a trust formed . The irony when we called her office, upon the passing of my in laws, they said they deal only with the living. And referred us to a litigation attorney

Ms. Carol Thomas is very friendly and knows what we needed to do. Our parents lawyer retired and so a friend told us to see Carol to explain and go over will and trust. Also to call her regarding Assisted living or hospice care. Anna her Assistant Secretary is also very helpful abd professional. Very knowledgeable on Elder Law.
