Brian Neary has demonstrated behavior that appears unethical and deceptive. Specifically, when his statements are scrutinized or questioned, he becomes defensive rather than providing necessary clarification. This lack of transparency suggests he is acting in bad faith, a course of action that has already resulted in demonstrable costs to his client. It is fundamental that intentionally providing false information is a violation of the duty of candor required by professional ethics rules.

The whole team made the experience with the insurance company much less irritating. In fact, they were able to negotiate when the odds of success were VERY LOW. Sure the settlement didn't match my full roof expense, but given the environment in the state of FL for 2025, SOMETHING was better than the anticipated NOTHING!
