It seems all the stars are a lie. I've been fighting with these people for a year now, a case that's more than won. They never keep me updated. They want to do whatever they want without consultations, without anything. They're a joke. You ask them to call you back, they don't. You want to talk to your representative, and the answer is, "Your representative can't talk to you until next week." That's two weeks to even speak to you! Your lawyer is a complete scam, a trap, and everything else you want to call him.

Not as happy as I was in the beginning. As my case is coming to the end, I can't seem to get anyone on the phone, text or email, other than the nice receptionist Carlos. I've left voicemails and messages for the past 2 month, and still nothing. Asked for supervisor and left a few voicemails with her but no call back. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a law firm. Nobody is seeming to take their jobs serious anymore or better yet doesn't care about the concerns that others are having. And to think, I've referred a couple of people since this summer. Do better people
