Mr. Mermell and his Law firm handled my DBA Case. I was injured while working overseas in Afghanistan. Their hard work and dedication made a huge difference. Contacting the law firm of Gillis Mermell & Pacheco, to handle my case, was the best decision I ever made. I highly recommend this law firm to everyone. Mr. Pacheco and his firm were amazing lawyers, very confident, and very helpful with my Defense Base Act case. I was doing security in the Middle East when I was injured. Mr. Pacheco helped me get the care I needed to be able to walk and to live in my daily life. In the end, Mr. Pacheco helped me settle my case and I am very satisfied and happy with the outcome. I was referred to this firm by a friend and now I am referring my friends here as well.

Calling Mr Pacheco, three years ago, was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I have ever made. This lawyer is a legal bulldog. After the initial consultation, he made sure my benefits were turned on, and proper medical treatment received for my injury, 2015-2018. After surgery, recovery, work hardening and being declared MMI, we eventually went into mediation. It was great watching this man work. He was able to negotiate a very respectable settlement, enabling me to reinvent my life after back surgery. David Pacheco is easily one of the best DBA lawyers in the country. He was genuine and transparent throughout the process. I highly recommend him for any of your overseas or longshoreman legal needs.
